Staci graduated from Kensington High School in 2006 and from Fort Hays State University with a Bachelor of Science in General Studies in 2012.

Staci currently lives in Kensington with her husband Derek and their two children, Tate and Mack. In her free time, Staci enjoys shuffling her children to their various activities and cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs.

Staci previously worked for six years at the Thunder Ridge School District as a secretary and most recently the District Clerk/Business Office Manager. She joined the Farmers Union Midwest Agency in October of 2021 and has been helping service the surrounding communities with their insurance needs ever since.

Staci is active in the Kensington community and is the USD 110 Board of Education President. She also serves on The Kensington Alumni Association, The Kensington Commercial Club and the Thunder Ridge Steering Committee. She is also a member of the Phillipsburg Chamber and Main Street.
